He briefed us on the schedule, method of billing and provided a complete estimate. Due to the heavy rains Wichita Falls experienced, just when our lawn was to be mowed, service was delayed. However, Greg emailed and phoned to keep us up to date on the situation. When the rain ended and the mowing was possible, ProQuality's crew lived up to their name.
