Are you accredited with the BBB?

? Yes. We are accredited with an A+ rating. We were even nominated for the Better Business Torch Award for Ethics 2 years in a row, and finished as a finalist in the top 3 in our category in Wichita Falls.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $1 million of General Liability insurance

How do you schedule your clients?

We schedule our mowing clients Monday - Thursday on a weekly or bi/weekly basis. Which day you are scheduled depends on your location. Once you are given a schedule, we will be there on that day weekly or bi/weekly without fail (weather permitting, of course) to maintain the property. DEPENDABILITY IS THE CORNERSTONE OF THIS COMPANY!

Do you catch or recycle the clippings?

We do not. Best practice for the health of the lawn, is to mulch the clippings and redistribute back into the lawn. This provides valuable nutrients into the soil. Also, bagging is not environmentally friendly.

Do you provide commercial grounds maintenance service?

Yes, we maintain multiple commercial properties, and we typically provide year round service contracts for these properties.

What types of maintenance plans do you offer?

We typically do not require contracts for our residential properties. It is a simple verbal agreement to provide services and receive payment based on the work required. Commercial properties are best served with a commercial contract for full service, year round agreed upon by both parties.

Do you provide seasonal color?

Yes. We absolutely can provide your Spring and Fall color.

How much will it cost me to hire your company?

Price is dependent on the scope of work. We will come to your property and discuss what is required to provide an accurate estimate.

Do you provide shrub pruning?

Yes. We can provide most all shrub trimming needed.

I don't want my landscaping done on the weekends, Can you accommodate me?

We love to spend time with our families on weekends....so no problems there! We typically do not work on weekends. However, with weather and other factors, on occasion it is necessary.

At what height do you cut the lawn?

Cutting height can vary yard to yard. Also, you can let us know what height that you prefer if you so choose. In general, lawns should be cut shorter in early spring and late fall, but throughout the hot summer, the mowing height should be set higher to provide shade for the root system
